30-day returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer a 30-day from purchase date money-back guarantee for products purchased on Herbivore.com. (excluding FINAL SALES items)

If you are returning a product you purchased within the last 30 days, visit the Herbivore Returns Portal to initiate your return. If you cannot complete your return through the portal please email info@herbivorebotanicals.com and a member of our Experience team will assist you. We are unable to accept returns of partial sets or bundles.

Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.

Gift Return: If you want to return an Herbivore product that was given as a gift, please reach out to info@herbivorebotanicals.com as you may be qualified for store credit.

Orders placed between November 16, 2023 - Dec 24, 2023, are eligible for returns until January 24, 2024. *Excludes final sale items.

Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.  Herbivore does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Purchases made through unauthorized Herbivore retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
